Additional Components

In addition to its core functionality, anynode offers specialized tools to enhance diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resilience. The anynode Trace Analyzer provides deep insights into SIP communication, media streams, and call flows, helping administrators quickly resolve VoIP issues. For Microsoft Teams environments, the Survivable Branch Appliance (SBA) ensures continued telephony services during connectivity disruptions, maintaining business continuity in branch offices. These components extend anynode’s capabilities, optimizing performance, security, and reliability.

anynode Trace Analyzer

The anynode Trace Analyzer is a diagnostic and debugging tool for analyzing SIP call flows, media streams, and system interactions within anynode – The Software SBC. It provides detailed call diagnostics, real-time log analysis, and RTP debugging to troubleshoot SIP errors, call failures, and audio issues. With features like SIP header inspection, error code detection, codec negotiation analysis, and security monitoring, it helps administrators quickly identify and resolve VoIP problems. The tool also supports PCAP export, latency monitoring, and call routing analysis, making it essential for optimizing SIP communication, ensuring call quality, and maintaining a secure and efficient SBC environment.

Microsoft Teams SBA (Survivable Branch Appliance)

anynode provides an optional Microsoft Teams SBA (Survivable Branch Appliance) installer, which enables local survivability in Microsoft Teams deployments. The SBA ensures that voice services continue to be available even during Microsoft 365 connectivity outages by locally managing call routing.

The SBA is part of the anynode installation package and comes as a binary provided by Microsoft. It is important to note that TE-SYSTEMS does not test the SBA for vulnerabilities. When deployed, the SBA plays a critical role in high-availability setups by maintaining uninterrupted voice service, managing both internal and external calls, and providing failover capabilities to keep communication lines open in the event of network disruptions.
