In-house testing

In-house testing is a crucial phase in our release process, where we rigorously assess the software in a controlled, real-world environment to ensure it meets all operational standards. This testing includes several key areas to guarantee the software’s robustness and reliability:

  • High Availability: Testing to ensure the system remains functional during disruptions or failures.

  • Replication of Configuration: Ensuring customer configurations are accurately replicated to verify seamless deployment.

  • Integration of AD Directories: Verifying proper integration with Active Directory for user management and authentication.

  • Registrar with analog ATAs: Ensuring the registrar is fully functional with analog ATAs to support legacy systems.

  • Integration of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing: Testing integration with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.

  • Routing Calls from SIP Providers to Our Internal IVR System: Verifying proper routing of calls from SIP providers to the internal IVR system for correct call handling.

These areas are essential for identifying potential issues before the software is released, ensuring it will perform optimally in diverse environments.
