Status Overview

In the Hot Standby Status overview, you can see which system is currently active and whether the link is still active or if there is a problem.

The Hand Over button allows you to manually transfer activity to the Standby system. The Recover button is used to revert activity back to the Main System.

The overview also shows the current status of each system, such as whether a system is in Waiting for condition status.

You can set each system to In service or Out of service . If a system is set to Out of service , it will never assume the ACTIVE state. It is also recommended to use this function when updating anynode, which will be discussed more in a later chapter Updating anynode in High Availability Setup
